Are you a model and you have less time for your next project? If you have just 3 months for your project and want to shape your body within this time, then you can do it. But, you have to spend 5 days a week.

So,  Are you prepared to spend your time at the gym, even if it costs you money? For getting a good result, you have to motivate yourself first. So, after doing a workout for 5 days what will you get?

Get A Good Shape In Your Body:

Before starting a gym, everybody wants a good shape that changes their style. You will get good muscle and body shape.

Your friends and relatives will see the change in your body and they will say “Wow! How could you do that?”. After 2 weeks, your body’s fat will start to burn and it will be replaced by muscles.  At that time, you just need to be careful about your diet.

It’s really inspiring, right? Actually, It was my story. Do you feel that moment? I hope you will feel like me. Believe me or not, I was never missing going to the gym since that time. So, if you are a model or passionate about bodybuilding, then you should never miss working out at least 5 days a week.

Increase In Stamina And Energy Level:

After two weeks, you will feel that working out doesn’t mean only bodybuilding but also increasing your energy levels and improving your stamina.

Have you noticed a significant change in your body and mind? Just close your eyes and think about it before 2 weeks. You used to fight for getting a good night’s sleep, but now you are getting a good night’s sleep. Moreover, you always felt indolence and tried to avoid smoking as well but failed. Did you remember?

After making a bold statement, you don’t feel lazy and get more energy working at home. Now, you don’t have to fight for sleep and are now free from smoking. So, all these are happening for your working out five days a week.

How Long Does It Take To See Results From Working Out 5 Days a Week?

There are different types of results you can get from working out. It depends on the type of results you are looking for.

To Lose Weight:

If you want to lose weight and tone up your body, then working out 5 days a week is the way to go. After two weeks, you will lose at least 2 pounds and will see a difference in your body shape. Besides, you will feel freer than before. Sounds cool, right?

The problem most people face is deciding how long it will take for them to see results. It doesn’t matter if you are doing cardio or lifting weights. Cardio or lifting weights is the best way to see results in a shorter period of time. The key is to be consistent with your workout routine and make sure you are doing it correctly.

Get Strength:

To get strength, we are doing more lifting weights with low reps and a few sets. For example, you can do 3 sets of 5-8 reps with a heavier weight.

If you eat a lot, then you might see results in a month. But, if you are not eating, then it will take longer to see results. You have to exercise regularly with patience. “No patience; No Gain”. So, you have to go with patience.

If you maintain a diet chart and exercise regularly, your muscles will be stronger than before. Just feel that you are participating in the “Pulling the Rope” event. In that game, you have to pull the rope to win. If you are stronger enough then you can win that easily.

How Do You Know If You’re Working Out Enough?

After a couple of days, a vision comes to your mind, “How do you know if you’re working out enough?”. Actually, it is human nature.

Generally, if we start a new thing we try to check the outcomes. After working out 5 days in the first week, you may not see any significant changes in your body. You maybe feel looser, right? But, you shouldn’t.

There are some common signs that prove that you are doing the right job. Actually, you wouldn’t be able to see those signs but you can feel them. So, what are they:

  • You can walk more and more than before.
  • Get a good sound sleep at night
  • Don’t feel laziness during work.
  • Get good stamina and always feel happy.

These signs will prove to you that you are on the right track. Don’t feel that nothing is working. Just continuously doing your work.

Finally, if it is not possible for someone to work out 5 days a week, then at least 3 days should be done.  However, in the beginning, you should not exercise with any heavy equipment.

 Ask the trainer before going to the gym and using the equipment of your choice.  But light exercise is better in the beginning.  If you haven’t done gym before, start with freestyle.  Do gym regularly.  Hopefully, you will get your desired results faster.
